Mr. Stukov joined Pine Brook in July 2018 and is the chief financial officer and the chief compliance officer.
Prior to joining Pine Brook, Mr. Stukov was a fund controller at Strategic Value Partners. Previously Mr. Stukov spent seven years at Alinda Capital Partners where he was responsible for the financial reporting and operations of several infrastructure investment funds and co-investment vehicles. Mr. Stukov began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a senior auditor in their Alternative Investments Asset Management practice.
Mr. Stukov holds a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Martinez joined Pine Brook in June 2019 and is the chief operating officer and general counsel.
Prior to joining Pine Brook, Mr. Martinez was a vice president and associate general counsel at CCMP Capital Advisors, LP. Previously, Mr. Martinez was as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in the Investment Funds Group and at Sidley Austin LLP in the Investment Funds, Advisers and Derivatives Group.
Mr. Martinez holds a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Lee joined Pine Brook in April 2021 and is a fund controller.
Prior to joining Pine Brook, Mr. Lee spent nine years at Lindsay Goldberg where he was responsible for the financial reporting of several investment funds and co-investment vehicles. Mr. Lee began his career at Deloitte, LLP, where he was a senior auditor in their Audit and Enterprise Risk Services practice.
Mr. Lee holds a M.S. and B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University’s College of Business and Economics and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ms. Teixeira joined Pine Brook in May 2018 and is a management company controller.
Prior to joining Pine Brook, she spent over three years as a senior accountant for Viking Global Investors LP, where she was responsible for managing the operations and reporting for the management company and other corporate accounting entities. Previously, she spent four years at Deloitte, LLP, where she was a senior associate in their Forensic and Dispute Services practice.
Ms. Teixeira holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Business Honors and a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas’ McCombs School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant, with licenses in both New York and Texas, and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Ms. Zheng joined Pine Brook in January 2018 and is a director of tax.
Prior to joining Pine Brook, she was a tax manager with Aquiline Capital Partners, where she was responsible for tax reporting and operations for several private equity funds and portfolio companies in the financial services sector. Previously, she spent three years at Silver Point Capital as a senior in the tax group. Ms. Zheng began her career at Deloitte Tax, LLP, where she was a senior tax consultant in the Financial Services Group.
Ms. Zheng holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.
Mr. Harvey joined Pine Brook in October 2022 and is an assistant controller.
Prior to joining Pine Brook, Mr. Harvey was a senior auditor in KPMG’s Alternative Investments Asset Management practice. Previously, he worked at Brightstone Capital Partners and HighBrook Investors.
Mr. Harvey holds a B.S. in Accounting & Finance from Lehigh University.
