Mr. Wang joined Pine Brook in August 2011 and is an associate on the energy investment team.

Mr. Wang came to Pine Brook from the Global Industrials Group at Credit Suisse, where he was an analyst specializing in transactions related to paper, packaging, and forest products.

Mr. Wang holds a B.S. in Economics (cum laude) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting.
