Pine Brook Road Partners Names Robert Jackowitz Chief Financial Officer

NEW YORK, NY, March 20, 2007 – Pine Brook Road Partners today announced it has named Robert Jackowitz as Chief Financial Officer effective April 9. Mr. Jackowitz has over 18 years of financial and investment management experience including ten years experience in the private equity industry. 

Mr. Jackowitz, 40, most recently served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Greenwich, CT-based investment advisor ESL Investments Inc. (ESL), which manages private partnership assets in excess of $15 billion. Prior to joining ESL, Mr. Jackowitz served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Harvest Partners, a NYC-based middle-market private equity firm with assets over $1 billion.  He has also worked at both Schroders plc and Coopers & Lybrand.   Mr. Jackowitz holds an economics degree from The George Washington University, an accounting degree from New York University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
